We selectively breed 1 or 2 litters per year to improve our stock which descends primarily from the prestigious White Rock Kennel in Texas. Soundness and temperament are of primary importance to us in our breeding program followed closely by conformation and working drive. We have a preference for the blue American Staffordshire Terrier while ensuring that we maintain dark pigment and eye, though we do occasionally produce other colors. Each puppy is whelped and raised indoors with extensive socialization to our young children and other animals. Shortly after birth, we start early neurological stimulation which has shown to improve the overall health, hardiness and confidence of pups. All of our dogs are cleared of hip and elbow dysplasia, cardiac defects, and are tested for ataxia status with Optigen. Each puppy will come with dew-claws removed, vaccinations & de-worming up-to-date, Veterinarian checked and will come with a genetic health guarantee and purchase agreement. Our AmStaffs are not kennel dogs as they are all part of the family, therefore they reside indoors and have plenty of exercise on our acreage in the countryside. Their temperaments are all confidant, outgoing, friendly and social, as we do not tolerate any form of shyness or aggression in our breeding program, especially since we have multiple children in the home, so a rock-solid temperament is an absolute must!
